Using gemstones and diamonds Suzanne Kalan has reinvented traditional jewellery design, through innovative and radical techniques. Often working in 18 karat gold her custom cut diamonds are constantly receiving both praise and accolades.
Suzanne Kalan introduced a custom-cut concept known as ‘Vitrine’. Here Kalan systematically cuts gemstones flat at both the top and the bottom to reveal a diamond pane. This is notably present in her Fireworks Collection.

About Suzanne Kalan
Suzanne Kalan origins hail from Lebanon with an Armenian family heritage. Her family has a long history in the jewellery trade. Her father owned a jewellery store, and she grew up working closely with him, learning about the business and jewellery design.
Suzanne formalised the business shortly after her daughter Patile was born, growing up Patile would often be at the Suzanne Kalan Studio after school, playing with gemstones sketching and learning.
As such she has grown up working closely with her mother and father, learning about jewellery production and design, and is now a core member of the brand.
